BlackRAW Visor is built with privacy at its core. We don't collect your data because we don't need it. Your footage stays on your device — always.
Data Collection
BlackRAW Visor does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All file operations are performed locally on your device. BRAW files are read directly from their original location — external SSD, iCloud Drive, or local storage — and are never uploaded to any server.
Analytics & Tracking
The app does not include any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. No usage data is collected or shared with third parties. We don't know how you use the app, and that's by design.
In-App Purchases
BlackRAW Visor uses Apple's StoreKit framework for in-app purchases. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple. TRISIMIO SL does not have access to your payment information, billing address, or Apple ID.
Photos Library Access
The app may request access to your Photos library solely to save exported video files. This permission is optional, controlled by you through iOS Settings, and can be revoked at any time.
External Storage Access
The app uses iOS security-scoped bookmarks to access files on external storage devices. These bookmarks are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to any server. When you revoke access, the bookmarks are invalidated.
Children's Privacy
BlackRAW Visor is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
