Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BlackRAW Visor ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

TRISIMIO SL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BlackRAW Visor for personal and professional purposes, subject to the terms of the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) and these Terms.

Free Tier

The App includes a free tier with full .braw file playback and metadata display. A 7-day Pro trial is automatically activated upon first installation. No payment information is required for the free tier.

Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

BlackRAW Visor offers the following Pro plans:

• Pro Monthly: $4.99/month, auto-renewing subscription.
• Pro Annual: $39.99/year, auto-renewing subscription. Includes a 7-day free trial.
• Pro Lifetime: $69.99, one-time purchase. Includes all future updates.

Prices are in USD and may vary by region due to Apple's pricing tiers and applicable taxes.

Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions (Monthly and Annual) automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged.

Refunds

All purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly via reportaproblem.apple.com. TRISIMIO SL does not process refunds independently.

Device Performance

BRAW decoding is computationally intensive. Performance varies by device model, file resolution, decode quality setting, and thermal conditions. The App includes intelligent thermal throttling that may automatically reduce decode quality to prevent overheating.

TRISIMIO SL is not responsible for device overheating, battery drain, or any hardware-related issues arising from use of this application. Users are advised to monitor device temperature during extended sessions with high-resolution footage.

Intellectual Property

BlackRAW Visor is owned by TRISIMIO SL. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. "Blackmagic RAW" and "BRAW" are trademarks of Blackmagic Design Pty. Ltd. BlackRAW Visor is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blackmagic Design.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TRISIMIO SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from or related to your use of the App.

In no event shall TRISIMIO SL's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the App or our website.
